Every house you paint is a before-and-after the neighbors can see.
Homeowners choose a painter by looking at past work, reading reviews and comparing what each estimate includes. RankRadius turns each job into a neighborhood-level write-up with your before-and-after photos on your website, so the next homeowner can see your work close to home.
How homeowners choose a painter
Past work decides it
Homeowners want before-and-after photos of homes like theirs, with clean lines and even finishes, not a generic gallery.
They compare what’s included, not just price
Prep work, primer, number of coats and protecting the home vary from one estimate to the next. Write-ups that describe your prep show the difference.
Reviews and references close the deal
Homeowners read reviews and ask neighbors. A review shown next to the house it’s about is more convincing than either on its own.
A short field note, turned into a local write-up on your website.
An example of what RankRadius drafts from a note your crew already writes. The neighborhood and details are illustrative. Every write-up waits for your approval, and you can edit any of it.
“Exterior repaint, 2 story colonial. Scraped and sanded peeling trim, replaced 3 rotted boards, primed bare wood, caulked. 2 coats on siding, 2 on trim. Color change gray to navy w white trim.”
A two-story colonial in the Westfield neighborhood went from gray to navy with crisp white trim. Before any paint went on, our crew scraped and sanded the peeling trim, replaced three rotted boards, primed the bare wood and caulked the gaps. We then applied two coats to the siding and two coats to the trim. If your Westfield home’s exterior is peeling or ready for a new color, our local painters can take a look.
Built around the way painting contractors work.
Before-and-afters sell paint
Attach photos of the prep and the finished job, choose the best ones, and they appear with the write-up.
Exterior season, interior season
Summer exteriors and winter interiors both become fresh content, with no content calendar to keep up.
Reviews next to the house they’re about
Matched 4- and 5-star Google reviews appear beside the job they describe, after you confirm the match.
Common questions from painting contractors
Do interior jobs work too, even though nobody sees them from the street?
Yes. Interior write-ups and photos show your work just as well, and the map shows only the neighborhood, so a client’s home is never identified.
Will a write-up name the paint brand?
Only if your note does. RankRadius is instructed never to invent brands, warranties or prices.
Do I need a particular CRM or job software?
No. If you use Albi, RankRadius can connect to it directly and pull in finished jobs and photos. Most other CRMs and booking tools can send finished jobs over through Zapier or Make. And you can always add a job and its photos yourself from your client portal, on a computer or your phone.
How much does it cost?
$399 a month, with no setup fee and no long-term contract. You can cancel any time from Settings → Billing in your portal, and it ends at the end of the period you’ve already paid for.
Do you guarantee I’ll rank higher on Google?
No, and you should be wary of anyone who does. Search engines decide rankings, and nobody controls them. What RankRadius does is keep adding real, specific write-ups about your work in the neighborhoods you serve, with photos and confirmed reviews, to your own website, every time you approve a job.
